Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy is that we always offer for you to move to a future seminar, if that is not something you would like at this stage we understand.
Up to 8 days prior to the seminar there is a $30 fee (which covers the fee charged by Financial Institutions) per person deducted from the original booking fee.
Less than 8 days prior to the seminar the cancellation fee is $130 per person (which in part covers out of pocket venue & catering expenses) which will be deducted from the original booking fee.
The refund is paid into the account the original payment was made from.
